In addition, learner will be visited production facilities and supported about equipment, machinery…

  • Average 1 session and learners can visit the place where the sausages were produced.

2. Content of program course:

  • Choose special equipment
  • Select of additives for make Vietnamese sausages.
  • Learn formula and Recipe of making sausages.
  • Maintain many kinds of Vietnamese sausages

The learners can choose one or some kinds of sausage to learn:
